Food good as always but late delivery again based on their delivery time. Offered free meal on their poor delivery on 2 hour delay but still not received

Ordered at 18:30. Received confirmation that the order would be delivered at 19:19. Rang at 19:40 to chase order. Informed that they were just wrapping it up. Just waiting for driver. The app says it has been delivered and it definitely hasn’t! It is now 20:33 and still waiting. Tip for them. Don’t promise things you can’t deliver. If you’re busy that is great but don’t push deliveries down the line. Place the orders in the order that you receive them!
